Tourism Group implemented DorukKaya Ski & Mountain Resort in Kartalkaya in 1990 after investing on Kaya Side Hotel in 1988, Kaya Green Park Otel in 1996, Kaya Belek Hotel in 1998, Kaya Select Resort & Spa in 2002 and Kaya Ramada Plaza Istanbul Hotel ve Congress Center in 2002.
